• RETURN POLICY
We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging) merchandise, excluding opened jocks, groin protectors and DVDs within 30 days of your receipt of them. A full refund, minus our actual ship price (which is always more than $2.95) will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. You are responsible for shipping the package back to us.
Packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If the return cannot be accepted the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.
